‘WHAT WILL MY KEEPSAKE LOOK LIKE?’
Please browse through the PICTURE PERFECT KEEPSAKES album in the Photo Gallery page of this website. Choose from small or large square and rectangular pendants, a large square pendant or key ring with inscription (up to 6 characters in length, including spaces). Each frame has faceted edges and a dimple-patterned reverse, the whole completed to a high shine finish. A suitably cropped and resized picture will be encapsulated in the frame of your choice using scratch-resistant, crystal clear resin.
Inscriptions of up to 6 characters may be added to either the large square pendant or to the key ring.
Pendants will be given a fine silver tube bail and may be supplied independently or with a 16” or an 18” sterling silver snake chain. Key rings will have a sterling silver link, chain and split ring. Every piece is professionally created in 99.9% fine silver by a fully trained, Level II certified artisan and hallmarked by the London Assay Office.

‘How do I place an order?’
The collection can be viewed and purchased online at www.stores.ebay.co.uk/perpetuadesigns. You will be sent an order form in Word format by email once your order is received. Please complete and return by email to gwenda@perpetua-designs.co.uk or by post to Picture Perfect Keepsakes, 2 Malling Court, Mill Street, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6TB. Alternatively, you may request an order form to be sent you by post or email by contacting us via gwenda@perpetua-designs.co.uk or by phone on 01732 875301 or 07852 306383.
‘How can I pay?’
Please make payments via PayPal through the ‘Buy it Now’ option for your chosen keepsake type at www.stores.ebay.co.uk/perpetuadesigns. PayPal payments may also be sent independently of ebay using email reference gwenda@perpetua-designs.co.uk. Alternatively, please send a cheque or postal order, made payable to ‘Gwenda Wojcik’, to Picture Perfect Keepsakes, 2 Malling Court, Mill Street, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6TB. Orders will not be processed until funds have cleared. We will also accept cash by post, though please send cash by special delivery as we will not be able to accept liability if it is lost in transit.
‘Which pictures are the best to use?’
Colour, sepia or black and white can all be used to good effect; regardless, the very best images are those that have good contrast between the subject matter and the background.
‘Are there any images that cannot be used?’
You must personally own the copyright to any images you convey to PERPETUA DESIGNS. You will be asked to confirm this on the order form. PERPETUA DESIGNS reserves the right to refuse to use any images which we deem to contravene this rule and any other images which we believe to be of an unethical, immoral or indecent nature.
‘How can I send my image/s to you?’
Email in JPEG format to gwenda@perpetua-designs.co.uk. Alternatively, post originals to Picture Perfect Keepsakes, 2 Malling Court, Mill Street, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6TB.
‘What will happen to my image/s?’
It will be necessary to crop and resize your image/s to fit your chosen pendant type/s. All other aesthetic alterations, such as brightening and sharpening, will be made to the best advantage of the image/s. Please make sure that any particular requirements for image reproduction are stated clearly and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise, PERPETUA DESIGNS reserves the right to manipulate and utilise the image/s provided in a manner that we deem to befit the chosen frame style most appropriately. Any original pictures supplied will be returned with your completed order. JPEG images, either sent by yourself or scanned from originals, will be saved securely for a period of up to 6 months from the date of dispatch of your order.
‘How much is Postage & Packaging?’
Insured standard delivery to the mainland UK is FREE. A signature will be required. Please email for delivery costs to all other destinations.
‘How long will my keepsake take to be delivered?’
From the date your payment is cleared, please allow up to 15 days for delivery. This accounts for the fact that each piece is made to order and must be sent to the London Assay Office for hallmarking. If your order is urgent, I will do everything in my power to facilitate your request. You will be notified by email on the day of dispatch. Upon delivery, you must check the goods; if they are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform PERPETUA DESIGNS within 7 days or no liability will be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
‘How will my keepsake be presented?’
Each piece will be wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in a smart pouch.
‘How do I look after my keepsake?’
Please remove your pendant when bathing and sleeping. The resin is scratch-resistant, but it is advisable to treat your piece with as much care as you would a piece of glass. Please store your keepsake out of direct sunlight. Polish the silver gently with a silver polishing cloth to maintain its shine.
‘Is my payment secure?’
Any orders processed through PayPal are completely secure and safe. PERPETUA DESIGNS never receive details of the bank account, credit or debit card used to make the payment. We cannot accept liability for cash or cheques sent in the post.
‘What personal information do you require?’
Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address is all the information we require to process your order; also, in the case of items which carry an inscription, the name of the subject, if provided. We do not require the transmission of any ‘sensitive’ data.
‘What do you do with my personal information?’
Data supplied electronically will be stored electronically (in a password protected manner than can only be accessed by the proprietor of PERPETUA DESIGNS). We will store the data supplied purely for our records and for notifying you of any seasonal offers (perhaps up to 4 times a year). You may opt out of such communications at any time by replying to gwenda@perpetua-designs.co.uk with a blank email with ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject header. PERPETUA DESIGNS cannot under any circumstances guarantee the security and confidentiality of any data sent to us or from us by email. As such, PERPETUA DESIGNS cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or expense that may arise as a result of the unauthorised access to any data transmitted or received by us. Data supplied in physical format will be filed securely. We do not exchange any personal information with a third party for marketing purposes. We do reserve the right to use or disclose your personal information in certain circumstances, such as to satisfy a legal request or protect our property.
‘What is your cancellation policy?’
An order contract between you and us is created when both payment and image/s have been received by us; that is, at the time funds are received by us through PayPal or when a cheque is cleared and either an original or JPEG image/s are in our possession. Only prior to BOTH of the criteria being fulfilled is it possible to cancel the order.
‘What is your returns policy?’
As your order is fully personalised a refund will only be issued if the item is faulty or personalisation details do not match those provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that such information is provided clearly, any special requirements are carefully noted and double-checked at point of order.
‘How do I use a gift voucher?’
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or to purchase another gift voucher. They may be used in full or part payment towards any Picture Perfect Keepsakes purchase. The gift voucher must be returned with a completed order form to Picture Perfect Keepsakes, 2 Malling Court, Mill Street, East Malling, Kent, ME19 6TB.
‘Do the keepsakes come with a warranty?’
Subject to proper and careful use, these keepsakes should give you many years of pleasure. Each keepsake carries a 6 month warranty against faulty parts and workmanship. Damage caused by careless or improper use is excluded from this warranty. Please be aware that the fine silver used to craft your keepsake is softer than sterling silver and is therefore more prone to wear and tear, such as scratching and thinning. The resin is durable but it is essential that you follow the advice provided in the ‘How do I look after my keepsake?’ section above in order to enjoy your keepsake fully for longer.
